Fuel gas heaters are engineered to efficiently heat natural gas streams using feedwater or steam as the heating medium. These heaters are capable of handling natural gas streams with design pressures ranging from 20 psia to over 2000 psia. Their design often includes a temperature cross between the natural gas and the heating medium, making TEMA type CFU or BFU with an insulated longitudinal baffle the most efficient choice. The heaters are primarily constructed from carbon steel, although stainless steel and other materials are available upon request. Each unit is designed to meet stringent ASME Section VIII, Div 1, and API specifications, as well as any specific customer requirements. We provide both thermal and mechanical guarantees to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
